Compound Semiconductor Week 2018

Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW) 2018 takes place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, May 29th - June 1st. CSW is the premier forum for science, technology and applications of compound semiconductors.

CSW 2018 will bring together the 45th International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS) and the 30th International Conference on Indium Phosphide and Related Materials (IPRM). Among the companies represented at CSW will be k-Space, a leading manufacturer of in-situ metrology tools for the semiconductor, thin-film, and PV industries.

CSW 2018 features a plenary session on the future of compound semiconductors and electronics as well as more than 30 invited talks by some of the world leaders in semiconductor materials and devices. CSW will also honor some of the top researchers in the field of compound semiconductors.
