Connect to Japan's Microelectronics Industry at Semicon 2017

2017-09-14 01:03:27

Japan already has the world largest installed fab capacity of 4.3 million 200 mm equivalent wafers per month and its semiconductor equipment market will grow 20 percent this year to $4.1 billion.

The perfect opportunity to connect to Japan's microelectronics industry is at Semicon, an annual trade show and conference for the microelectronics manufacturing supply chain. This year it will take place December 13 through 15, 2017 in Tokyo Big Sight.

Among the exhibitors is k-Space Associates, an American supplier of advanced thin-film analysis instruments and software, which will be represented through their distributor in Japan, R-DEC. For more than 25 years already, the company has been a worldwide supplier of systems that are used to monitor wafer temperature, stress, deposition rate, material absorption properties, and Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction (RHEED) in real time during the production process.
